Having a single torch capable of adapting to your requirements is the dream of every user.

The Z series adapts quickly to all needs by just replacing the spare parts kit. Once you have installed one of the 5 consumable kits, the torch is ready to be used at different amperage, this is the perfect solution for the latest generation of plasma power sources that offer a very wide range of settings.

The Z series covers a range from 40A to 130A. There are 5 different consumables kits (40A, 60A, 80A, 110A and 130A) that set up the torch according to the characteristics of the power source, and a “full range” kit which includes consumables for all amperages. The easy and quick assembly of various consumable kits guarantees flexibility in the use of the torch and allows for quick configuration, therefore adapting to different witting thicknesses. The heart of the Z series is the new air-cooled torch body made to a new air flow dynamic. Thanks to the Trafimet Air Flux System, the Z Series provides a wide arc stability with different schemes, which is crucial for the quality of the cut.

The Trafimet Air Flux System, ensures maximum performance from your power source. It allows better cooling for longer life of the consumables. Tests carried out in our laboratories and through specialised users, show that this new system sets a new standard for consumables’ life.

The Z series is designed to be combined with the best plasma high- performance power sources on the market. For this reason there are different types of connections, standard and customized. The basic configuration of the Z series torch is equipped with direct connection with female fitting ¼ gas or central connection (Trafimet standard). The cable contains 4 wires so to manage the data signals from various power sources. Several other connections are available in the catalogue and upon request.
